do you provide supplies?
Clients are asked to provide supplies.
This allows you to:
Control the kind of cleaning supplies you keep [intensity, brand, organic, all natural etc.]
Control the scents that are left over in your environment, if any
Control the safe purchase of the proper items/ensure nothing will damage your home
Control the methods by which I clean certain items in the home
Completely avoid cross-contamination with other households

where do you travel to?
Available all over the GTA
when do you clean?
Available to book Monday-Sunday. I work as early as 10AM for up to 7 hours. Please inquire if you have business hour specific needs.
how far in advance do i need to book?
It is suggested for initial clients to book 8+ weeks in advance. Recurring appointments. are available after initial booking. Bookings can be up to 6mo. in advance.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit of 50% is required on new bookings and due within 48 hours of confirmation of date and price.
Deposits are non-refundable but transferable within 48hrs of cancellation with 72+ hrs notice.
What are travel fees?
As part of my viral safety protocol, I travel by ride share instead of on public transportation. This fee can range from $20-$100 and helps provide fair compensation to the drivers. It is calculated by distance from my home. For clients with low or fixed income, I am happy to waive travel fees on a case by case basis.
How Long will my clean take?
Each clean is different. The work is calculated in flat rates, for a maximum of 7hrs/day. Standard cleaning takes 3-6 hours, wellness services take 6-7 hours.
CAN I SEE BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS?
My choice to not include a before and after section on this site, or to share the interior of the work I do online is for the added privacy and comfort of my clients as a holistic wellness provider. What if my home is extremely dirty?
That is not a problem and it’s why I’m here to help. Homes with excessive or long term dirt and clutter are good candidates for my wellness cleaning, which involves multi-day personalized projects that can help transform even the most far gone spaces.

I love all animals big or small and have experience with all sorts. Please feel free to let me know how best to interact with the pets you share your home with.
is there a cancellation fee?
For cancellations with 72hrs or less notice coverage of the full cost of the clean or remaining balance is required. Due to the advanced nature of my booking, recurring cleans cannot be rescheduled. Deposits will be forfeit and a new date will need to be booked with a new deposit.
